NFT Holders in the Rumble Kong League Get Their First Taste of Club Ownership
The Rumble Kong League is gearing up to shoot some hoops with basketball aficionados. Now, with a chance to become a Web3 sports mogul, it’s dribbling its way to the first round of RKL club auctions.
The moment has come to construct that ape-based basketball empire, so hoist the banners and bring out the cheerleaders. As a result, owners of RKL genesis NFTs will be able to take part in a spectacular 24-hour modified Dutch auction. The end outcome will be ownership of a whole athletic team franchise. So buckle up and go to the RKL website on April 27 at 12 p.m. ET to get a piece of the action.
NFT holders will compete in this first round for one of 45 NFT club mint passes. The minimum winning bid will determine the price for the whole round in a large auction. Each holder must bid at least the RKL floor price, which is now 1.299 ETH ($3,696). The top 45 bidders will then receive one of the coveted passes, with the 45th place bidder establishing the final price for everyone. During the 48-hour event, RKL will keep all ETH in a secure location until the finish. The excess and lost monies will then be returned to their rightful owners. It’s a fail-safe strategy that can’t possibly go wrong.
NFT clubs are the next step in the RKL sporting empire since they will be fully owned and operated independently. Owners have the ability to employ players, develop logos, and launch athletic apparel. Only 300 will ever be made, with the first 45 set to be released soon.
